Our staff is the primary reason our current clients came to us and continue to stay with us. Carl Bosch started the firm in 1979 and in 1992 his son Jeff joined the firm. Carl's daughter Cindy joined in 1993. We are a family firm that is small enough to give you the personal attention you deserve and yet we have the education, skills and experience to provide a full range of financial services to you.
Carl Bosch is the managing owner. He has a B.S. degree majoring in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University. He is a licensed Enrolled Agent and also holds licenses in the fields of Investment and Insurance.
Carl began his career as a Junior Accountant in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois in 1966. A year later Carl enlisted in the U.S. Air Force serving a four year tour at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. In 1968 Carl married his wife Janet. They were blessed with two children Cindy and Jeff who both work in the firm.
Following his discharge from the Air Force in 1971 Carl began an accounting career in the private sector. He worked as an Accounting Supervisor, Controller and Chief Financial Officer for companies in Construction, Real Estate Development, Semiconductor Manufacturing and Mobile Home Manufacturing. Carl also was the Controller for one of Arizona's largest non-profit organizations for three years.
In 1979 he started the firm on a part time basis and in 1981 made it a full time endeavor. Carl's leisure activities include travel, golf, skiing and radio control helicopters.
Jeff began his accounting career with the firm in 1992 while still a senior at Horizon High School. He continued to work part time while attending Arizona State University. Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State earning a B.S. degree majoring in Accounting.
Jeff is the Manager of Accounting Services for the firm. He provides accounting services to clients in a variety of industries. All accounting work is reviewed by Jeff before being sent to our clients.
Jeff's is married and has a son and daughter. His leisure activities include golfing, skiing and playing soccer and fantasy football.
Following her graduation from Horizon High School, Cindy attended Paradise Valley Community College before accepting a position with Albertsons grocery stores. She later managed a video store owned by her parents.
Cindy has been working for the firm since 1993. She provides accounting services to clients in a variety of industries. She also serves as the Office Manager for the firm. Cindy's outgoing personality has made her a favorite of clients.
Cindy enjoys cooking, baking and travel.
